Staging draft Work in progress · For review; coverage and acceptance incomplete

Troubleshoot by the step that failed

Start from what you can actually observe. Identify the workspace and original action, then use the relevant guide to check its state and recovery path.

An error does not always mean nothing saved. An empty list does not always mean no information exists. A successful-looking preview does not establish a connected save.

Draft and availability: These links lead to source-backed explanations and intended final-screen journeys with current limitations. They are not a live service-status report or a guarantee that every recovery control has been delivered.

Account and workspace entry

What happened First distinction to make Follow
You cannot sign in Wrong credentials, an account awaiting activation, a deactivated account and a failed extra check need different recovery Sign-in troubleshooting
An activation code fails Confirm account, purpose and latest code; the current error label can misidentify the cause Activation recovery
You forgot the password Credential recovery is separate from account activation or reactivation Password recovery
You receive no verification email Confirm the mailbox and current attempt; some resend controls have documented implementation limits Sign-in code recovery
An invitation link does not open the expected place The account invitation inbox is the documented connected route for the current limitation Invitation review
A join request or workspace is missing Check existing membership and authoritative invitation/request state before resubmitting Joining and workspace recovery
The workspace is visible but denied Account, membership, branch, policy and workspace lifecycle remain separate checks Workspace entry
A product card is visible but does not open A stale assignment display, an unavailable environment and an unfinished application are different conditions Product-choice meanings
Only some profile changes remain Separate saves can partially succeed, and empty-field removal has limits Profile correction

Do not create another account or workspace merely to bypass an unclear result. Use the existing identity and the correct organization's access path.

Business work and documents

What happened What to establish Follow
Request submission timed out Whether the original request was recorded before submitting another Requests and execution
An approval task disappeared or was cancelled Whether authority refresh created replacement work on the same request Authority changes
Work is overdue, paused or has a surprising deadline Its saved policy/calendar, current task and pause or replacement history Deadline monitoring
A workflow appears finished but receiving work is unclear Source completion, handoff delivery and downstream outcome separately Workflow execution
A file uploaded but is not attached to the business item Upload completion and the source item's saved attachment outcome Document handoff and recovery
A document will not open Current source access, selected version and the supported view session Shared document guide
A signature was prepared but the source result is unclear Prepared file output versus the updated business document Signed files
Received Shared work has a viewing problem The receiving item, permitted document and that journey's recovery Shared work document guide
A retained record or import is missing or incomplete The original operation, its scope and actual saved result Records guide

Keep the original request, item or operation reference. Do not assume a new upload, request or external exchange will repair an uncertain original one.

Communication and assistance

What happened What to establish Follow
A work message or update is absent The conversation or source work state, access and delivery scope Messaging
An expected email or notification has not arrived Whether the business action happened and what the supported channel records Notification meaning
A connected conversation closes Current account/workspace authority and the outcome of any unfinished send; disconnection does not prove payment failure or lost work Messaging access and recovery
A meeting or mailbox connection fails The specific account, provider and feature's supported recovery Meetings or mailbox integration
HiveAI is unavailable Product permission, governance, credit/budget, provider and frontend/environment conditions HiveAI access
An answer or speech result is interrupted The original conversation and its retained delivery outcome Conversations
A citation does not reveal its source Current source access, version and protected viewing requirements Grounded-answer sources
An approved assistant action has no confirmed result Original proposal/operation, current source state and supported recovery Governed actions
A manual has processed but is not usable as knowledge Processing, review, approval and publication are separate stages Workspace knowledge

Starting another assistant action can create another operation. Follow the original operation's recovery path and check any related credit outcome separately.

Billing, insights and lifecycle

What happened What to establish Follow
A provider shows payment but capacity has not changed Verified payment, original workflow and application to the workspace Billing recovery
Paid coverage has ended or the plan display is unclear Exact expiry, current applied plan and eligibility for renewal grace Subscription coverage
The platform cannot verify current billing authority Whether the check is unavailable rather than a confirmed denial; keep the original request and avoid another purchase Billing access
A receipt email seems wrong or is repeated Original transaction, actual purchase and current result; receipt wording and arrival are separate evidence Workspace notices
Usage appears zero or unexpectedly unlimited Measurement availability, time window and actual allowance Usage and capacity
Credit or budget remaining seems wrong Available versus held/settled credit and the overlapping budget scopes HiveAI spending
A contribution measure is missing or changes unexpectedly Period, current population, available evidence, correction and calculation limits Interpreting insights
HiveOrbit is not currently enabled Current setup, source readiness and workspace access, through an authorized administrator HiveOrbit setup
Evidence has arrived but no contribution is available Receipt, processing eligibility, pending prerequisites and actual completion Evidence eligibility and recovery
A health label or empty source list seems reassuring Whether observation population and source completeness are actually established Source Health
A workspace is paused Its actual suspension reason and the authorized recovery path Workspace lifecycle
An export or deletion is pending or reported complete The requested scope, participant results and artifact/storage limits Platform oversight

A health check, accepted request or completed participant is not a universal completion signal. Use the outcome evidence for the particular action.

When the guide cannot resolve the problem

Read the feature's availability section. If the needed control is unfinished or the environment is unverified, identify that limitation with the rollout or support owner instead of assuming a new retry will make the capability available.

Use Get help to prepare a useful description. Include the original reference and observed result without exposing credentials or unrelated private content. The capability map provides the remaining feature areas.
