Platform Support knowledge publishing

Platform Support knowledge provides centrally maintained guidance that HiveAI can use when helping people understand Zerohive. A source has a stable identity and a history of document versions. Authorized staff prepare replacement guidance; a platform administrator requests publication after reviewing the exact version.

This is separate from an organization's workspace manuals. Uploading a tenant manual does not make it global Support guidance. Publishing Support guidance does not deploy this documentation website or change the product itself.

Who this helps

Users get more consistent guidance and can check the source behind an answer. Support teams can replace obsolete instructions without silently editing an earlier version. Managers and executives can assign an owner and review cycle for guidance, while keeping publication responsibility explicit.

An audience label describes the intended reader. Do not use that label as protection for confidential information. Global Support guidance must be appropriate for its wider authorized readership.

Current availability

The backend contains versioned upload, processing and publication behavior. The intended Platform Console screen is ahead of the frontend implementation. The complete upload-to-search journey, recovery controls and environment readiness have not been qualified.

A document marked Ready has completed processing; it has not necessarily been published. A source marked Published can still be waiting for search activation. Do not promise immediate or uninterrupted answer availability from either label.

Use the publishing guide to understand the intended journey, responsibilities and current limits. The guide identifies the controls actually observed in the design and avoids inventing missing forms.

What changes and what remains recorded

Each successful new upload creates a separate version with its own document and metadata. Replacement guidance becomes authoritative through publication; previous versions remain part of the history. Archive and delete change source availability. They do not prove that stored documents, backups or all historical records have been erased.

Users should check cited guidance and report stale or unavailable instructions. Staff should retain a safe source/version reference for support investigation and avoid sending document contents through public support channels.

The Platform staff assistant can prepare supported publication and lifecycle changes for exact review. Its completed action receipt does not replace the Support source/version checks or prove final search activation.
