Engineering and operational references use authorized GitHub access. Ask the responsible owner for the internal material you need; reading a public guide does not grant product or administrative permissions.
Find a product or capability¶
Read Understand Zerohive to see how accounts, workspaces, work, communication, records, insight and governed assistance relate. Use the product and capability map to find the detailed overview and task guide for a particular area. The glossary explains unfamiliar terms.
Before you act¶
Keep the intended workspace in view and read the task's prerequisites, expected result and recovery guidance. Your responsibilities can differ between organizations, and being able to open a page does not establish permission to take every action.
When a result is uncertain, return to the original task or saved request before repeating it. The help guide explains which safe details to keep and how to reach the appropriate owner.
Documentation for review
These guides are drafts prepared for initial review. Read each feature's availability and known limits before planning operational use. An illustrated screen or described capability does not by itself establish that it is available in your workspace.
